Digital Analyst

We are looking for a Digital Analyst to improve our understanding of our digital performance and experience.

Commencement Date: ASAP

Duration: 18 months

Time Commitment: 4 hours per week or as required in order to achieve your responsibilities

What we require

  • We are looking for data, insights and recommendations that lead to change, not simply reporting on what has occurred.

  • Creation and maintenance of multi-channel reporting dashboards

  • Reporting on digital performance, engagement and recommendations for improvements

  • Advice and training on tracking techniques across the broader organisation

  • Lead the data first approach


Key Qualities and Attributes

  • Prior experience in Analytic, Marketing, or Business

  • Prior experience in driving audience engagement

  • Experience in MailChimp, Buffer, Google Analytics

  • Interpersonal skills which facilitate effective interaction with a broad range of stakeholders, as well as ability to work in cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes

  • Ability to quickly assess options and identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible outcomes

  • Interest in STEM programs and initiatives for women and girls or desire to hunt it out.

  • Team focused with sound organisational skills and an ability to effectively manage people and multiple projects/issues in a digital environment
